PetSmart Project Management

From inception to completion, AJM guided the Property Management company and Ownership through the entire bid process, leading a rigorous leveling and interview process to select the ideal General Contractor. AJM provided detailed monthly progress and financial reporting throughout, ensuring the General Construction was completed in just seven months and successfully turned over to tenant PetSmart, on time and on budget.

When an emergency call from a restoration company signaled trouble, AJM Property Consulting moved quickly to coordinate comprehensive inspections with Professional Engineers and Architects. AJM quarterbacked the inspection of fourteen units across multiple buildings, working side-by-side with a structural engineer to assess integrity and water infiltration in each. The result: a comprehensive remediation plan developed with management to address water infiltration and restore the affected units.

AJM Property Consulting stepped in as Bridge Management during the transition between an outgoing Property Management company and a new one at this classic NYC luxury development.
